Daha and Okoli Join Center for Pain Management at Passavant

Drs. Faraz Daha and Anwuli Okoli have joined the provider team at The Center for Pain Management at Passavant Area Hospital.

Daha previously served at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center at Tufts University Medical School in Boston, MA. He earned his medical degree from Baqai Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his residency in anesthesiology and fellowship in interventional pain management at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center. Daha has special interests in intervention pain management, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, geriatric pain management, headache management and cancer pain.


Okoli previously served at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville and at Vista Hospital in Waukegan. She earned her medical degree in from the College of Medicine University, Ibadan, Nigeria. She completed her anesthesiology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in New York. Okoli is board certified in anesthesiology and fellowship-trained as a pain management specialist. She has special interests in helping patients with fibromyalgia and migraines and using non-opiate therapy treatment options such as injections, radio frequency ablations and neuromodulation.

Daha and Okoli join three other providers at The Center for Pain Management.

The Center for Pain Management provides outpatient evaluation and treatment services for chronic pain patients. The Pain Management team develops individualized treatment plans in conjunction with social workers, physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.
