Kendra McGlauchlen, insurance verification specialist, is the Taylorville Memorial Hospital Colleague of the Month for January. Kendra personifies Memorial Health System values as she works to resolve any issues that arise with a patient’s insurance.

McGlauchlen has worked at Taylorville Memorial Hospital for five years. Her upbeat personality makes her a “joy to communicate with,” wrote Rachel Hawkins, Radiology, in her nomination.

“I love working at Taylorville Memorial Hospital because I work with a great team of people,” said McGlauchlen. “We all have different duties, but we all share the same common goal in the end.”

McGlauchlen, of Dollville, enjoys camping and boating with her family, which includes her husband and two children.

“It makes me proud to see all the positive feedback Taylorville Memorial Hospital receives from patients daily,” said McGlauchlen. “I know if I or any member of my family sought care at Taylorville Memorial Hospital, we would be in excellent hands.”
