Casey McGill, an early childhood teacher at Memorial Child Care, is the Memorial Health System Resources Colleague of the Month for January.

McGill, of Springfield, helps her young charges develop physical and emotional skills.

“The most rewarding part of my job is celebrating with each child as they hit milestones in their development,” said McGill, who has worked at Memorial Health since 2020.

Outside of work, McGill enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, watching her children play sports and camping.
