The meetings provide a safe space for adults to express feelings of grief and mourning over the death of a loved one. Participants will discuss and share thoughts and emotions surrounding loss, explore healthy coping strategies and self-care and receive support from others.

The group will meet once in June but will meet the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, starting in July. Meetings will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. in Meeting Room 4, located off the main lobby of the hospital.

Participants should enter the hospital through the main entrance. No preregistration is required.
