The meetings provide a safe space for adults to express feelings of grief and mourning over the death of a loved one. Participants may discuss and share thoughts and emotions surrounding loss, explore healthy coping strategies and self-care and receive support from others.

The group meets the second Friday of each month. Meetings are held from 2 to 3 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Lincoln, 301 Pekin St. The meetings are held in the church’s CE Building, located adjacent to the church.
