Skiles “goes out of his way to make sure things go right. He’s always on time and willing to stay over to ensure the job gets done and he pays attention to the little things that make a big difference in patient experience,” said Gary Freitag, a security guard at Taylorville Memorial Hospital, who nominated Skiles for recognition. “Terry brings his culinary expertise to Taylorville Memorial Hospital after working as a chef in restaurants – when this guy makes a pizza, he makes a pizza! We’re lucky to have his talent in our hospital’s kitchen.”
