Daigh, of Mount Pulaski, has worked at Lincoln Memorial Hospital since 2013.

Daigh was nominated by a group of her colleagues, who wrote in the nomination form about Daigh’s excellent patient advocacy skills, her “personal touch and compassion” and her quick wit, intelligence and skills, which she uses in her interactions across numerous departments at the hospital. Daigh also frequently shares her knowledge and expertise with clinicians-in-training as well as other colleagues.

In addition, Daigh often quietly supports departments outside her own, “filling in where there is a need … thus, making Lincoln Memorial Hospital stronger,” said her nominators.
