Jennifer’s versatility and knowledge of other positions has been valuable within the department. She has been willing to come in early to help out when there are staff absences.

“Jennifer shows compassion for others as she helps everyone out while doing her own job,” her nominator wrote. “If something needs done, and she sees it, then she steps up and helps gets the job done quickly and efficiently. She wants to help take stress off everyone else and is willing to sacrifice her time to do so.”

Avise has worked at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital since 2021. She lives in Chandlerville and enjoys camping, hunting and fishing with her family when not at work.
