Gerre-Medhin was praised for her work ethic and friendly demeanor to patients, visitors and colleagues. She helps maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Main Lobby, which receives the majority of foot traffic on a daily basis.

Gerre-Medhin has worked for Springfield Memorial Hospital since 2002.
