All three Memorial Medical Center ExpressCare locations will offer expanded hours of operation from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day beginning Oct. 1.

Memorial’s South Sixth ExpressCare, 2950 S. Sixth St., has been open for 15 hours a day since February 2011.

The other two locations – North Dirksen ExpressCare, 3220 Atlanta St., and Koke Mill ExpressCare, 3132 Old Jacksonville Road – are changing their hours so all three sites will now be open during the same expanded time. Appointments are not necessary.

All three ExpressCare locations have on-site physicians, lab services and medical imaging services. Lab and imaging services will also be available during the new extended hours.

“We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to break away during a work day to visit your doctor,” Travis Dowell, vice president of Memorial Health System, said. “Our early-morning and late-night hours make it more convenient for the people and communities we serve to access the non-emergency health care they need.”
