This year's Leadership Development Institute Retreat kicks off on Thursday, October 26th with leaders being greeted by the System Leadership Team prior to their day full of information that will be sure to strengthen as a Health System. Ed Curtis will set the stage for 2018 following Audra Chestnut's, System Director of Organization Learning, welcome and overview of the retreat. Josh Slaugherback, Leader Learning Consultant for Organization Learning, is the coordinator of this year's retreat. He has worked with his fellow consultants, members of Organization Development and other Ambassadors to ensure the success of this year's retreat. Aimee Allbritton, Vice President or Organization Development & Chief Learning Office, will not only be presenting but will also be facilitating several updates and panel discussions. A question and answer session with Ed Curtis and Chuck Callahan, will end the day. All Memorial Health System leaders are required to attend one of the three offerings of the retreat, which will also be held on October 31st and November 2nd from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
