Benjamin Stevens, MD, a board certified orthopedic surgeon with Springfield Clinic, will present “Step It Up: The Way to Healthy Feet” on Tuesday, Nov. 14, at 6 p.m. in Meeting Room 4 at Passavant Area Hospital.

Dr. Stevens will talk about common foot and ankle issues, such as bunions and hammertoes, ankle arthritis and heel pain. The program is offered at no charge. To register, call 479-5800.

Dr. Stevens specializes in comprehensive treatment of foot and ankle reconstruction, including both conservative and surgical care. He is the only surgeon in Springfield and west central Illinois to perform total ankle replacements. Other orthopedic interests include foot and ankle trauma, diabetic reconstruction, sports injuries, arthroscopy and complex deformity.
