Passavant Area Hospital will host a free Community Health Talk on understanding and treating allergies at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, in Meeting Rooms 2 and 3 at Passavant.

Dr. Nathan Joos, a board-certified otolaryngologist with Springfield Clinic, is the speaker. Dr. Joos specializes in the treatment of adult and pediatric diseases of the ears, nose and throat, including allergies. He will discuss ways to manage common respiratory allergies in children and adults.
