Hands-on Healthcare, a program designed to help students and community members learn more about healthcare careers, is coming to Passavant Area Hospital next month.

Hands-On Healthcare will be 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, in Meeting Room 4. The program will explore four ancillary services: physical therapy, respiratory therapy, laboratory sciences and imaging services. Participants will develop an understanding of the pre-requisites, educational programs and licensure requirements for each field by participating in hands on activities with current clinicians. Career planning advice will also be provided.

Parent/guardian permission is required for those under age 18.
