Vice President, Information Services

Jerry Miller oversees all operations and planning at Memorial Health for information and communications technology, serving as vice president of information services. He is a healthcare information technology professional with more than 35 years of technical and leadership experience. He has served as a member of the executive team at Memorial Health System since March 2013. His focus is on planning and developing clinical and business information systems that assist in the delivery of care across the health system. As a member of the system leadership team, he assists with strategic direction of the IS division and implementation of key MHS objectives.

Miller has extensive background in leading IT operations, systems development and support and project management across multiple platforms. He earned the Certified Healthcare CIO-eligible certification from the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) and the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). He formerly served as IT Systems Development and Support Officer for the Horace Mann Companies. He has served as an adjunct professor at Lincoln Land Community College and currently sits on the LLCC Computer Technology Advisory Committee. He is a contributing member of Cerner Healthcare Professionals and CHIME.
