Sean Hosler, a pharmacy tech, was recently named February Colleague of the Month for Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Hosler is appreciated by colleagues for his hard work, reliability and attention to detail. He also elevates the morale of everyone around him. He works a wide range of shifts and steps into multiple roles as needed.
"Since joining the department, Sean has been a positive force, always ready to take on any task, solve problems as they arise and support the team without hesitation," his nominator wrote. "His contributions may not be flashy or headline-grabbing, but he excels in the day-to-day work that keeps operations running smoothly."
